Before building his own company in 2017, Zhumadilov served as a financial analyst for a number of esteemed companies. He served as the primary financial analyst for the United Preliminary Education Organization for five years, was the accounting manager for Goldchild International for three years, and supported a long list of professionals as a personal financial advisor.

Arkhat Zhumadilov initially graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006, where he earned his Associate of Science degree. He then transferred to complete his education at Texas A&M University, where he completed his Master's Degree in Finance. During his educational career, Zhumadilov was recognized for his outstanding achievements in Applied Science, Mathematics, and Leadership. He graduated with distinction in 2009 in the top one percent of his class.

Throughout his career as a finance professional and esteemed expert, Arkhat Zhumadilov has had the opportunity to work with some of the leading professionals and top-recognized companies. In 2014, Zhumadilov was contracted by the Loganon Group of South Dakota to set up a mobile payment processing platform in collaboration with the firm's technology team. He also assisted the Beckham Corporation in 2018 as the Chief Financial Controller to achieve a new system for cash and credit functions. The Southern Pastoral Association brought Arkhat Zhumadilov on board in 2021 briefly to complete a financial strategy to better support the growth of the association.

While Arkhat Zhumadilov has an extensive history in business finance, he has dedicated a lot of his focus to the financial operations behind important educational organizations. He has worked hand-in-hand with professionals in educational organizations to hone existing finance strategies, build more effective budgets, and implement protocols for securing secondary funding. While many of his efforts have been behind the scenes, Zhumadilov was credited with making it possible for Southern Methodist College to keep its doors open in the face of a financial crisis in 2016.

Arkhat Zhumadilov has also been credited with proposing fundamental finance frameworks that have revolutionized the "fintech" industry. His groundbreaking ideas have been discussed on numerous platforms, including CNBC Breaking Business News and SeekingAlpha Portfolio. Zhumadilov's ideas have stabilized multiple facets of the technology industry by injecting critical practices for financial management and planning. His particular contributions have centered around adequate cost-versus-budget in fintech, as well as operational cost analysis.

Zhumadilov has authored a number of published whitepapers regarding the in-depth analyses he has performed on lacking frameworks in the financial technology industry. His publications have been featured on Bloomberg, the Harvard Business Review, and various other upstanding platforms.

Thanks to his profound interest in helping everyday business professionals succeed, Arkhat Zhumadilov has dedicated a great deal of his time to pro-bono consultation. He often volunteers his time to up-and-coming business professionals and entrepreneurs to help them set out with a stable financial setup to sustain their businesses for the years to come. He has also made it his career mission to assist some of the largest non-profit organizations with building financial security through consistent planning and implementing the best technologies. In 2018, Zhumadilov assisted the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe in building a new budgeted infrastructure that afforded room for rehabilitation funding for inmates.

Arkhat Zhumadilov has been recognized repeatedly for his philanthropic efforts in the finance sector. In 2015, he was nominated for the Finance Consultant of the Year Award in Spring, Texas. In 2018, Zhumadilov was nominated for and awarded the Leading Voice of Financial Revolution Award by the International League of Entrepreneurship. In 2019, he received the Leader of Educational Finance Consultation Award. As of 2022, Zhumadilov has been recognized by nearly a dozen organizations.

During his downtime outside of the finance industry, Arkhat Zhumadilov enjoys spending his time visiting art museums, southern eateries, and jazz theaters. Zhumadilov believes jazz should be the international music of choice, all things look better portrayed in watercolor, and green initiatives and good southern food will change the world. His favorite pastime is spending time with his family, which includes two young sons and his wife, Elle, of 13 years. When he's not with his family, enjoying art, or jazz, Zhumadilov enjoys time exploring the great state of Texas.
